Fishing & Experience

Wild River guide company offers float fishing trips across 5,000 square miles of Bristol Bay’s pristine landscape. They fish more rivers, more miles per river and have more experience in Bristol Bay than any other raft based guide service. Their federal and state permits allow them to focus on the region’s finest rivers for your solitude, and unpressured, unhurried fishing experience.

Alaska's Wild River Guides boasts two specialities:

• First is guiding accomplished fly fishermen very remote Alaskan wilderness rivers, seldom, if ever, fished by fishing lodges.

• Second is taking beginning fly fishers or families, especially those with youngsters, on truly extraordinary camping — wilderness — fly fishing adventures.

For experts, Alaska's Wild River Guides is a specialist in Bristol Bay's most challenging rivers. Their guides are experts at finding large Rainbows & Salmon on the rivers that receive the least fishing traffic in Alaska because they are only accessible to "expeditionary style" fishers. On family or multi-experience trips we raft through incredibly beautiful Bristol Bay Alaska landscapes and spend lots of time observing and photographing wildlife, landscapes, & wildflowers. We tailor our daily schedule by the various wants / needs of all the participants. Some want more hiking, swimming, berry picking, time to read and relax. Others want 14 hours / day non-stop fishing.

Group sizes are 1-8 anglers depending upon the time of year and objectives. Custom trips can be organized and are normally organized for more experienced groups to fish places with the highest solitude factors that may be unattainable by the general public. A single fisherman can generally be accommodated.
